Where do you live in KC and what's your band's name?

I would suggest everyone else in the band get more into it and make sure the crowd gets into it. I always find I have more confidence/stage presence/"swagger" when everyone else is getting into it

Never understood the whole owning more than a couple basses thing...can't see how anyone could possibly make use for 10 or more basses

Squier Vintage Modified 70's Jazz with DiMarzio Model J's fitted with either Roto 66 or D'addario ProSteels...only bass I need (or can afford :D)

If you can find one, I'd go with a 70's Gibson Ripper, Grabber, or G-3...now those are some nice basses ;D

D'addario ProSteels or RotoSound 66 on my VM Jazz

The longest-lasting string I've come across are the D'addario ProSteels, and they happen to sound best to me too! :D RotoSounds are a close 2nd in sound and don't last as long

Had Cobalts on my VM jazz for a short while. Took them off due to them being too rough for my tastes and the fact that the E string made a wierd noise when open, can't really describe it :/ plus, the G broke 2 weeks in and the tension was too much, as i got a 55-110 set
