I received the S/N from the seller and it's unusual because it is showing a "mudbucker" pickup along with a P/J set up... I think its a body of a BB450 with special customization ........ all good.... better than paying $ 3,500 plus for a Attitude signature bass

Hello... Does a BB 400 Yamaha neck fit into a Yamaha 800s bass? please advise....

I now know that Yamaha has had several formats for their serial nuimbers BUT, the serial number on my Pulser 400 does NOT match any of the formats... The serial number is: 004331.... Can any help with this? I was told it is a 1978 but I would like to validate it.. Thanks
