Probably Ken Smith. But from the list: Ibanez, simply because of their great array of models and good average quality. They have pretty much a bass for everyone. Having said that, anyone from the list would suit me fine. They're all fine instruments.

I navigate the fretboard more comfortably on a rosewood or mahogany ones but again, the difference on tone is very small and it biols down to personal taste.

For me, rolling it up to 75/80% does the trick. Generally i don't like the ''last twist to crisp'' in the blend. Perhaps cause my ears and playing are more P'ish bound?
