    4th resurrection! I'm also a guitarist and got into bass recently, I still have a few guitar pedals and decided to try my SL drive on the bass. At first I did not really like it but then I remembered about the dip switches and tried it in Super Bass mode (1,2,3 OFF and 4 ON) it was much better...

    Thanks, yeah I think the neck pup is sounding good alone but still need to decide, I don't really wanna mess around too much with the settings, I prefer pedals to vary a bit with different types of gain. Although I was thinking it might be cool for me to add a pick-up selector instead of the two...

    yeah I tried it, it seems to be much easier to play this way, will see if it is really an issue when I will do my first rehearsal with it. It only seemed to cause me trouble if I let go of the bass completely and let it hang by itself.
