Hi all! I tested my latest addition during a rehearsal today . I am looking to upgrade the pickups . I found some 6 string pickups by Bartolini and the like . What would be a good match for this bass , to give it a sound that will cut through a loud band better , in the style of a a Stingray...

I always got mine from Rondo , but maybe somebody here knows , or a Google search? I noticed they stopped having other models too. For what is worth , I have the 35’ scale both fretted and fretless, and they’re compact basses for a 6 string . They fit in regular bass cases and gig bags-...

A couple of people mentioned the Jeff Berlin Markbass 15 to me today . Great lightweight and reviews-except a couple saying the fuses blew up on them ! Any thoughts ? I’m tempted , will try one at guitar center . Thanks so much !
