    check in local area sales mags like where im at there is the paper shop, there is a ampeg tube head for like 400, id buy it but then i wouldnt have money fr a cabinet

    yeah man, stretch them, they dont detune, put them on tune them, and stretch them hard, repeat until they dont detune when you stretch them anymore

    thanx for the info, but ive read about both, and someone on a different forum had 2 defects, the one was fuzzy and distorted, and the other had power problems, is it rare to get defects from carvin, or not?

    you can do a full test on what will kill, i dont remember how its done, but everyone in my electronics class has to do it in the beginning of the year, my teacher used to electricute students as a demo, or lesson but parents didnt like so now he fries a hot dog in class

    yeah, ive been playing everything in guitar center, and the ampeg is the best there, but i also was looking at an orange crush b35, all the reviews ive read were all about 9/10 on and i know orange are good from people

    i would find out how much it would be to fix it, or if you have an electronics teacher in school who knows tube amps and stuff take it to him
