Hi does anyone know the model of this beautiful bass

@dpaul is correct. This is an early Rebop from 2001ish. They were released in Canada prior to Spector officially releasing the Rebop in the USA.

Hello fellow Spector lovers. It's been a while since I've been around. It's been a brutal past 5 years with 4 Spinal Surgeries & a Paralyzed Arm. I've gotten about 75% of my chops back. Luckily, Spector released 30" & 32"scale NS-2s. I recently got a 32"scale NS-2. Only 7lbs. Ash over...

I'm allergic to Nickel. So I have been using only Stainless Steel Strings for the last 14 years. DR HiBeams, Dunlop Superbrights, have less tension which I Prefer. I have tried every Stainless Steel string available. I also loved Blue Steels and Lo Riders. Besides everyone's personal...

I have severe Spine issues which effects my shoulder and the reach on my left arm. I recently custom ordered a 32"scale NS-2. Below is a comparison photo of my reach on a 34"scale NS-2 & the reach on the new 32"scale NS-2. I think these 2 photos below are worth 1,000 words. I will be posting...

Speaking of the weight & Solid Ash Wings. I happen to have the 1st Solid Swamp Ash NS-2, made back in 2016 from the pre-Korg original Woodstock Workshop. This was before chambering like is done now & it weighs a drop over 8lbs at 8.04lbs. Below are Sound Clips for comparison of it to a 1985...

So will you be getting a replacement or will you be passing on the LK4 because of the reach? Also which dealer was it? If you want to DM for privacy or not answer that question at all, totally understand.

You would most likely need a tech if you don't have experience with work like that.

Check out the Aria Pro II J-B Jet Series Bass. I'm not sure of the weight. Also depending on your Budget, Offbeat Basses make 32"scales that are around 7lbs. I actually just received a Ibanez Mezzo yesterday. I'm very impressed with the Quality at that price range.. You could always have it...

I have two 32“ Medium-Scale Basses arriving this week. Any suggestions for a 45-105 or 40-100 Stainless Steel Round wound Medium-Scale strings. I have a Nickel Allergy so they must be Stainless Steel. Previously I remember having Curt Magnan & Dunlop. But I can't find them anywhere.

    Esopus Tailwater Acoustic/Electric Bass

@HaphAsSard Thank you for your info. After checking, there was confusion on which bass got the Labella Low Tension Flats & the DR Legends. So in the Clips there are Dr Legend Flats on my #009 Tailwater Bass. It's the 1st time I'm using Flats. I was always Roundwound player. I'm going to soon...

    Esopus Tailwater Acoustic/Electric Bass

Esopus Tailwater Acoustic/Electric Bass Being a huge Spector fan I couldn't wait to acquire one of Stuart's new works of art. The Esopus Tailwater 32" scale Acoustic/Electric Bass. Over the past 4 years have been very rough for me. I've had 4 Spinal Surgeries and from Oct 2020 to Feb 2021. My...
