i put one 12v battery in mine, and it lasts for a week of regular use. the single 12v outlasts the two 6v by a long shot, don't know exactly how long. if you're interested, all i did was put velco on the side of the battery, the other side of velcro on the flat black wood that covers the chasis...

Yup. The two originals just have a jumper from one to the other. And i would say the single weighs as much as the original two together...another bonus :hyper:

FWIW, i just busked all day today with this amp(new battery), sounded stellar first off, second, the battery is still running strong, had it on battery yesterday all day when i was just messing around at home...
