O.K. it's me again, I've got another question. Is there a difference between noise cancelling pickups and hum cancelling pickups. I view them as one in the same as far as what they are created to do, but if I'm, wrong can someone steer me in the right direction, thanks.

Does anyone know if the Aguilar AG J5-HC hum canceling pickups are a direct fit for the Squier Vintage Modified V string jazz bass. I'm looking for some noiseless pickups for this bass without modification if at all possible.

I want noiseless pickups that will fit my Squier Vintage Modified 5 string Jazz bass.

The tech at Guitar Center did the measurements for me I have them written down.

Would that also cover the Standard Deluxe with the preamp as well.
