I have this finish on a FCS Jazz. It’s impossible for pics to do it justice - it has some beautiful gold undertones… if you think it looks good now, just wait til it’s in your hands!

These really are killer!

I use the NYXLs for every single roundwound bass in my collection… except for my Fender Jazz. I also go with the lo riders… it’s perfect! Oddly, I don’t like the lo riders on anything else.

Floor traveller for all those who are curious! The bass has sold, and is headed to a good home out east. Admittedly (and unsurprisingly!) was sad playing it one last time before setting in its case (last look pictured below as well) Truly an incredible bass.

Here's one you don't see every day... the HIGHLY sought after, and highly acclaimed FCS Sean Hurley! Specs below. All original, HSC, COA, all that goodness. It has a beautiful rosewood fretboard with fairly straight and consistent figuring that runs all the way along the neck...just gorgeous...

For me, if it’s a lower level bass, I go with a new bone nut and new electronics

Mine was a truly cursed FCS Pino. First issue was a maxed out truss rod. Got the neck factory replaced - the new one felt great! Then, a lead wire to the pickups went out. Then, when I sold it, FedEx lost it for like… 2 months. Eventually got to the new owner! Though it left my hands in 100%...

Nice! Has a very “90s” vibe to the finish options that I totally dig. Anyone that has come across a Lull knows that “lighter, faster, and better sounding” rings absolutely true to any of these fine instruments.

I always thought Ibanez made great basses. They aren’t my speed aesthetically, but this looks just killer.
