You should copy Tung's design. Highly doubtful he would sue you. He took (stole) over $25K total in deposits for basses that he never built from at least 7 or 8 people. William, I agree with Warnan, I just want my basses. I bought some parts from Nicholas on ebay 2 years ago and he agreed to build them up for me. I paid for the parts and sent him additional money for the work. I would be very happy just to get all of the parts even if the guitars are not...

I sent my Mail Fraud Report to the U.S.Postal Inspection Service a couple of days ago. I guess now I wait until I hear from them. This complaint can be filed by anyone, even if you do not reside in the U.S.A.

why would you expect compensation from anyone except Nicholas? I just filed my report to the IC3 and I will be filing my mail fraud report in the next day or two.

You can also file a Mail Fraud Report with the U.S.Postal Service. Here's the link to the form - Link Removed . On the first page, in the "details of mail fraud complaint" section, check the box for "failure to provide" under "Merchandise or Service" category.

From everything that has been posted plus a couple of private messages, it looks like Nick has over $25,000.00 of our money. If he had some honor, he would at least have the courage to contact those who sent him money and explain why he took our money.
