Hey guys, my BX500 just did something weird. When I went to turn it on. All the lights (input, mute, active, compressor, graphic eq in, and protect started slowly flashing, and a sound was heard through my headphones. It was fine ten minutes ago... I have a gig tonight....

It's a 8,600 seat arena. We are using a Peavey Tour 450 into a super beat up Hartke 115. So maybe the 410 with the Ampeg be fine. I just wanted to check with you guys before giving my opinion to our director.

I'm playing in the Pep Band for my school, and we are ordering a new amp and cab. I just got an email from my director with a suggestion from our supplier. They were suggesting a Ampeg PF-410HLF & Ampeg PF350. I'm not too sure about this. However, I haven't had any experience with these amps...

I play bass in my colleges marching band. Tonight during halftime my volume kept fading in and out, and eventually stayed out. Any ideas to why this was happening? It just started today during halftime. I haven't had a chance to mess with it since. It's some sort of peavey. Solid state.

When the preamp tube is engaged I'm not getting a single sound from my amp. However, when the tube is bypassed everything sounds normal. Is the tube dead? Do I need to just replace it? Or is there a bigger problem? Thanks.
