Well it has the best neck I have ever felt on a bass. Very fat, but also kind of narrow which is my perfect combo. Neck is unbelievably stable as well. Sounds almost identical to a Ric 4003, plays like butter, and has a cigarette burn at the headstock which 100% makes it sound better to me lol...

A little bit, but nothing compared to the Warwick Thumb I used to own. It’s manageable. It’s a great bass. I bought it brand new in 2004 freshman year of high school. Recently threw in some Seymour Duncan NYC pickups.

I hate them lol. I actually took them off tonight and put some fresh Ernie Ball slinkey’s on. They sounded dead right out of the pack, felt awful….like tacky but dry and super grippy. They look super cool but yeah…never again. I’ve found that Elixir’s are the only coated string I like

lol the rug was all the wifey I cannot take credit for that. I’d say the most surprising bass of the bunch is the Manhattan Prestige. I wasn’t expecting much and it’s one of the best jazz basses I’ve ever played…and I’ve had a bunch over the years.

Yeah it’s great. The body is from Rosser guitars. You can find him on eBay. Super great guy, quality bodies, nothing but nice things to say about my experience with him. Neck is roasted maple from Warmoth and hasn’t had to be adjusted in 5 years. S

$599 on the website. I think it’s a fair price. They were originally $999, which I think is a little steep given the finish flaws on mine. Sonically it’s one of the best J’s I’ve ever played.
