Hello all. My pf500 continued to cut out when I ran it at 4 ohms. 8 ohms was not a problem at all. So I contacted loud technologies and had me send it to a shop to be serviced. But are claiming that the problem I am having is uncommon and they don't know what to tell me. I am feeling quite stuck...

I have my pf500 for about a year now. I play through two 8 ohm 1x15 cabs. I recently had to purchase a little mark III because my pf500 cuts out when I run it at 4 ohms. Any suggestions?
