    Thanks man, I'm glad I know what they are now, it sounds pretty good. It sounds great with more classic rock type stuff. Especially rock with slapped segments like Rosanna by Toto.

    What is this called?

    Hello fellow bassists, I'm a relatively new player and don't know of the terminology, especially with pick ups. I just purchased my fourth bass which is a fender jazz bass. I added a photo bellow of the pickups it came with as I couldnt find out what they're called.

    Any fun songs to play on a 5 string?

    I recently got a 5 string Markus Miller Squire. I've looked at the well known 5 string songs (Dig, Obsidian, Kill or be Killed) but does anybody know any hidden gems, it doesn't have to be metal, just some thing funky I could mess around with.
