Is there an LA2 style compressor that has gain reduction leds?

I'm thinking about getting an la-1a to go behind my drive pedal as an always on. It looks like it does the tube thing, gentle compression and can act as a DI. Has anyone worked out how to power it from a strymon ojai or zuma?

thread resurrection! I have one of these and love it. Right now its my only pedal, straight into an audio interface where I use vsts for compression, eq, etc. I'm slowly going to build a pedal board though. I think first up is the Empress Effects compressor that should compliment this well.
