I think most go with the "if it sounds good....." which ultimately, if it works for you and your band, that's all that matters. Also very true about the difficulty of "tweaking" things at home.

I bought the Darkglass DG212NE a month ago and paired it with a Little Mark MarkBass Vintage 500w hybrid head and it sounds REALLY good. Loud, clear, articulate, great low-end.
