    I have been a member of the Houston Symphony Bass section for 40 years.
    Before that I was with the New Orleans Philharmonic got 3 years (1976-79).
    I am about to retire.
    While I don't teach privately, I have been active for the last 20 years helping H.S. Bass players in my school district by spending about 5 hrs/day several times a year teaching Bass classes.
