Works for me! My plan was to buy the pickups but wait for the pre-amp to install everything together anyway!

OK, forget the semantics of what is late July.... I will be very happy if I can go on David's web site, hear sound clips, and order 2 Wal clone pickups "the morning of August 1st, 2012".
