I do have control over my monitor mix. Under the current setup, it sounds horrible no matter how it's mixed. Hopefully a headphone amp will yield better results.

The XLR going into my beltpack runs to the Pro MIC2200, which I assume runs to the XR18.

@JKos That's definitely the right model number XD, it's what the drummer runs his and my IEMS from.

I suppose I should say that's what the drummer and I are using as an IEM transmitter.
