I second this. The 8th street location is the worst LM location I’ve ever seen in regards to Bass gear/technical support.

Anyone else patiently waiting for the new heads to come out? I’ve had $500 of credit at Long & McQuade for months but don’t want to buy a fusion 800 without trying the new line. Can’t even find a YouTube clip of this amp. Last I heard they were coming out in June. Am I the only one?

I'm about to pull the trigger and buy a MB fusion 500. Would it be a bad time to buy this head in light of the new heads revealed at NAMM? Any ideas on the price point on the new heads? Should I anticipate sales on the old heads?

I have a 400rb and a Eden 210 and I also struggle with a suitable volume/tone in a band setting.

Thanks for the response. I need a new rig that can keep up in a band situation but it seems like my 400rb and my 4 ohm cab are hindering my progress. Need to start over I guess...

I own a GK-400rb3 that I have paired with an Eden 210 XLT (350 watts at 4 ohms) but I’m thinking about getting a neo 410 at 8 ohms. Is there any point to getting this cab for this head? Or would the sound and volume be similar to the Eden 210?

The cab is a 4 ohm cab. I've read reviews on this head that indicate you could damage your speakers if you push the head too hard with anything smaller than a 6x10. Hard to find good reviews on this head since it's no longer in production.

I've struck a potential trade with a bassist looking to downsize his rig. I've offered my GK RB3 400,my Eden 210 and $300 cash for an Ampeg SVT 1000 and an Ampeg 410HLF cabinet. Does this seem like a decent deal to you guys?

Yet another ohm noob thread. But I'm hopless and need advice. I currently have a Gallien Krueger 400 RB3 head and a Eden 210XLT 4ohm cabinet. I'd like to get the Eden EX115 to round this rig out. Here are my questions: 1. Should my 115 cabinet be 4 ohms or 8 ohms? My understanding is that if...
