It’s not worth it. A brand new bass shouldn’t break the first time you change strings. Moreover, the service department will only replace the bass and not refund.

Congrats on the new Bass. I have the same model since November and I had issues with the bridge alignment so my G would fall off the neck and now my tuners are starting to break. I hope yours holds up better.

Beware. I’ve had two tuners break just taking off the strings for the first time, and if it’s a 5 string, the bridge is in the wrong place, your G will fall off the neck. Send it back if you can.

I have the same exact issue. G tuner broke, A is going soon too. I hope someone has the answer. Good luck

I went to this place. My amp sat for 10 weeks and never got looked at. I eventually dropped in to find it exactly where I had set it down. I wouldn’t recommend.

I have a GK Blackline 210 combo...It’s older... It will hum as you turn the volume up on any bass but the hum diminishes when the bass volume is at full. Can anyone recommend a repair person in the LA / San Fernando Valley?
