    Thanks guys, was just looking for some quick info on it. Just traded off extra gear for it, the design in completely 80's and the BF loves that so I just hope he loves the bass as well. Thanks for the help!

    That's odd though. I would have assumed that the faceplate with all the san dimas markings would have meant it was a san dimas bass, guessing that is not always the case then?

    I'm just a gear whore, value is just the first things that always pops up in my head. I'm mostly interested that it's a bass from a San Dimas factory, which is rare on it's own, but the custom factory paint has me even more intrigued.

    I didn't know at all, just though this would be the place to find bass info. I'm more of a guitar guy so I stick to harmony central. If Online appraising is a no go, I would still love to know some history about it besides it looks like the one the guy in poison played!

    I don't want to sell it, I traded away some of my gear to get it for my boyfriend coming back from afghanistan for our one year anniversary, but thanks for the helpful input!:D
