It kinda does..... I've been trying to figure this out for 17 years...

The problem with that is all 3 basses were modified the same exact way??? in 3 different states??? (California, New York, Florida) by 3 different store chain??? the other 2 original owner told me they bought their basses brand new, direct from the stores just like that... no mods... btw all 3...
