    I plan on getting one, I have the dcx bass but I don't understand why folk are running it after the comp I would run it eq>dcx>comp>bassrig. DCX is handling shaping/ distortion, bass rig is amp sim/ room correction, comp is gluing everything together.......

    Saturation the best in the biz is spaceman, get either the Saturn VI or Redstone, if you use them together you'll have next level saturation

    Get yourself either a spaceman Saturn VI or a Redstone. You can get the right amount of hair and some delicious saturation, use them both together, so good....

    Although it's not a preamp if you want the best tube sound out of pedals try the spaceman Saturn VI and Redstone together, so good.

    That's a great bass especially with the upgraded electronics, I had a Kingston super 5, best bass I've ever had, even moreso then my fenders or Lakland skylines
