Thank you all for the suggestions. For the time being, lowering the pickup has helped the tone massively, and has made it more then bearable for the time being! They are lower then I would ever set them, so this has been very helpful.

How are people finding these, now that they've had a little more time with them? Particularly interested in whether the octave down and envelope filters are any good? I know someone above described them as passable. Cheers

This is exactly how I feel! Love the older bass octaver sound, the one based on the EBS, and would have been nice to have their darkglass distortion model, and maybe a more synthy fuzz, but I completely get that that's just me. Also, I absolutely love stacking Octavers through Filters, and...
