    I was lucky enough to notice that Yo La Tengo was playing a free set at Amoeba Records here in San Francisco yesterday... only had to get there 30 minutes early to stand right at the small stage. It was a good (short) show... mix of covers and songs from their new album. I just wanted to share...

    New Carvin Micro bass combo amps!

    I just called the Sacramento Carvin store and the sales guy that answered told me they most likely would have the new micro bass combos in the showroom this Wednesday (7/21/10). I'll call back then to see if I should drive over to check them out!
