thanks for the sympathy, BB. I have a gig friday and i was looking forward to trying out the new rig. bummed. am i safe just running the 200s through a single GK cab, either the 115 or the 210?

dn dang it, hope i am not wearing out my welcome, but i plugged one GK cab into the 200s main tap. worked fine, sounded pretty good. plugged the second cab into the adjacent "external speaker" tap. nothing. both cabs dead. sounds like i need to do some rewiring, no?

thanks again, Bogeybass. You have been more than helpful. Can I bother you with a few more dumb questions? Impedance is resistance, right? so adding a cab reduces resistance? and increases volume, for instance? but reduces power output (wattage?) all very confusing to me.

oops . both cabs are 8 ohms. sorry i forgot to mention that important info.
