Well, I have a DB410 and DB810, and will of course start there and try that at rehearsals, but was curious what others experiences was concerning the 112 … as it’s much easier to bring along.

I don’t mind big and heavy, but I’m new to double bass and already own the very AG500 you mention there. I’ve no experience with the SL cabs, but on electric I really like the DB series. I see a lot of players use the SLs for upright, though, I suppose because they’re more neutral sounding...

The Volta seems incredible, kind of a dream amp, really. Fewer tubes, lightweight, relatively neutral sound (but still some character).

I’ve had the Capo for over a year now and it’s the hub on any version of my board that I assemble. I use it in a number of different ways, depending on what’s called for. This week I also used it in the studio as my DI, and it made my bass sound fantastic. Makes me very curious about their cabs...
