    yup, had an active bass batteries die, no back up. I will always take a backup from here on in.....

    Are bass amps obsolete?

    Recently purchased a Radial Tonebone for that very purpose. Band rehearses straight to the board anyway and last couple of gigs have been that format. Jury's not in yet but it sure makes for an easy load in/set up......
