Well i bought the Ibanez AEB5E for $200 and i like it a lot. I would definitely recommend it because i think its a pretty good bass for the money.

So im looking to buy a new bass but im not sure what to get. I want something that is good for playing metal. Hopefully something with a nice growly tone but im not sure what kind of bass would work well for that. Im hoping to spend around $500 because that is all i have. I was just hoping for...
