Running the pickups in series will actually produce more in volume/output. I did that mod on my Jazz Bass. HUGE difference than the 2 in parallel (stock) configuration. Of course wiring 3 pups with all possible configs will be somewhat challenging. Good luck

The numbers don't matter ! Adjust them so they sound the best. Variations in strings, age of pups (magnetic strength) etc. make them all different. What works on one instrument doesn't necessarily work on another. I have one of the first Club Bass re-issues & they are adjusted about 3/16...
