Beveled the frets and strung it up just to test how everything is going to work under tension. Stll need to do a fret level and crown, a little buzzing over the first three frets. My nut slots and tuners lined up nicely. Always nice when your measurements turn out to have been accurate.

How do you cut yours? I tried the bandsaw, but it was too brittle (and threw sparks everywhere). I tried a jewelers saw, but it stripped the blade down to practically a bare wire. Too brittle for the rotary tool. I ended up milling away material with the narrow drum for my spindle sander...
