It's not a contest, men; the tube head will drive the 2x15, and my PF-500 (and any amp in the near future) will drive the two 18Sounds. I won't be surprised when the stacked 15's win, but I won't be getting rid of my old behemoth either :)

No, no. I don't have a car, so it's all about space when we drive to our gig, and the 2x15 is a lot bigger than these little cabs. So that's why I needed a smaller cab just to put it in his house, so my bigger rig can go with the other band. And if I buy this last cab, I've also got a small one...

Well, the seller contacted me today, to ask if I'd be interested in the second cab as well. I've reserved it now, and I'll be picking it up in a week or four!

So, I've finished the speaker cloth, and if I must say, it looks pretty damn awesome. But that's just me, I like it :)

..well, I'm kind of lazy, and I've already got two perfectly working 1/4" speaker cables. Buying a speakon cable means either going out and getting one, or ordering one, and I'm not sure if it'd be the best choice. Then again, speakon cables don't cost the world, and I can easily order one too...

As I said in my first post, I think my PF 500 is broken or something for it rips the preamp apart when turning up the gain. Maybe I'd be able to let someone fix it... But if I understand correctly, you all advise against using the Marshall-soundalike in combination with the 115's?

None to be found in my area...
