Yeah, these cabinets are not of normal construction. Removing the grill seems impossible. Maybe factory-only unless you want to destroy it? But I'm good for now. Thanks.

Pulled the jackplate, repositioned the wire harness. Seems to be fixed! Thanks again.

Identify the actual cause of the problem and you will find that solving the problem becomes much more effective. Yes, that is what I'm attempting to do.

So one of my SL112 boxes has developed a rattle. Still waiting to hear from Aguilar, but read their policy about shipping it back to them, paying freight both ways, and doing without the cabinet, etc. Anyone know how to get one of these things apart?
