    Also, if I use a TS cable on my les paul will it sound differently to as to with my TRS cable? I hope not..I dont wanna get a DI box because of that..

    uh can anyone tell me how i can close or pause this thread?! Or at least edit the first post to say that Im waiting for my TS cable to arrive to try that...which most likely will solve the issue

    Also, thank you all very much for taking the time to help me with this! If the TS cable wont work I guess Ill just go to a music store and bring my bass and interface with me there, ask him/her and give em 10 bucks or so I guess.
