Follow-up: PayPal refunded my money. Never heard from The Guitar Files.

I joined this forum just to respond to this thread. I placed an order on August 31st with The Guitar Files. After two weeks and no guitar, and no responses to my E-Mails, I was forced to file a PayPal claim. Scarily enough, in the middle of the claim PayPal went straight to the escalation phase...
