Whenever I'm playing with a bow I can get a good sound on all the lower notes, but when I start bowing anywhere higher then the C on the G string I get a really bad sound, is there a reason for this?

Justin, I was wondering what bass players have inspired you throughout your career?

I had a rick on layaway once, I got a great deal on it for 1120. Sadly though I took it of layaway and got a more versatile bass, The Rick sounded great and was the lightest bass I ever played but It wasn't what I needed.
