Oofff... oddly enough the 115 is what aguilar recommended to pair if it wasn't another 410 cab. The mesa subway 115 with the db410 isn't bad sounding it's just hard to stack and that cab has a different purpose for the 2nd rig. I just wish any stores around me had aguilar cabs in store to try...

Well, rewiring is tempting, my cab is pretty new though and really don't want to take it apart for wiring work... After looking at the options I think I'll go with a db115 which will give me a similar layout to what I have now and is better matches to the db410 and should handle my playing...

Reputably these speaker can take a beating so I guess I could stick with the original 210 plan. I think I will e mail them and see what they say. Re wiring at 2 ohms could work pretty well if lpf and crossovers aren't an issue internally

I have used the cabs separate, they seem to compliment really well, the 410 seems to push out some of the crispier mids the mesa has but not so exaggerated, maybe a little more clarification. my clean tone I really like, I just lose too much bottom end and all the higher mids almost seem gone...
