    as a very left-handed ;-) player may i get allocated a number too? the music shop assured me, i couldn't be too left-handed, and that i would adjust! I exploded with the "i've been adjusting all my life" rant....sweet

    as a forty-something birthday present to myself (it's a lot cheaper than deciding a Harley is what i really wanted :o) I got my first bass. the first instrument since sadistic piano lessons with a teacher who smacked knuckles with a ruler if you looked down... kind of put me off bass...
