Orange crush combos get my vote. Of the 35watt isn't loud enough, the 60 sure is. Plus solid state is bullet proof.

Safe bet is double the guitar amps. They each have 100w heads, go for 400ish watts

Considered doing that plenty of times. I feel the atached 1x15 doesn't have enough room to breathe right. My other 1x15 is loaded with a black widow, but it's a huge cab and sounds so much better for it

My first big amp was a pea vey combo 300 which is 210 watts on its own. I did have an extra 15" cab mainly for looks, half the time it wasn't plugged in. Never had a situation that one couldn't cover. I did upgrade to a bugera bvp5500, 550 watts. Pushed a 4x10 and a 1x15 and never got to turn up...

My best rig was an old peavey cab with a black widow 15, and a gk goldline 4x10. Complemented each other very well and was loud as all hell.

Look into thunderbirds. The ones I've had were good for everything.
