The only thing that comes close to this bass in looks, sound and action is the Lado Super Falcon II. I played on one in the 80's and that what trigged me to buy the Olivo because of the similarities. I saw a few Lado basses on sale on Kijiji, however they are asking way too much money for it.

That bass had a sound to die for, sustain & action just perfect pitch. It had 440 tuning 100% accuracy at 12 & 24 bar frets. I missed that bass, biggest mistake of my life is to have it sold, as I thought my bass playing career was over.

One if not the finest bass I ever owned. 1983 til 1988. Got it on a trade of a Geddy Lee Rickenbacker at Spaceman Music in Ottawa. Sold it for $850.00 sadly. I miss that bass and it has been my upmost regret of all time.
