That's Rutger Gunnarsson who played bass on almost all ABBA recordings. In the picture he's playing the prototype of the Hagström Super Swede bass (he was an advisor during the development of that model). Unfortunately Rutger passed away a few years ago, but the prototype can be seen at the ABBA...
