    Steve Harris technique

    +1 to above. His sound is mostly in his fingers and attack - you really need to master three fingered triplets to nail his sound. It helps if you use flats and a P-bass too...

    How much wattage do you gig with?

    SWR SM-900. 900 watts bridged into 4 ohms (Goliath 4X10 and Big Bertha 1X15). Don't really push the amp hard, but I can't live without headroom.
