Imo DI out of a class D amp is very good and usually incorporates any break up or break up sim the amp has built in. But you may still want a cab sim. The two note pedal thing will prob be what you want unless you need stereo

The Behringer u-phoria is as good as anything kn the market. the universal audio with the built in Cali 76 compressor is the only other one worth conserving depending if you got one or not
