I'm having the same problem when I try to use effects such as great muff and fuzz smile combined with the bass drive or the spectracomp and drive toneprint on my amp head. I have tried to mess with the gain and balance but it compromises the overall volume. Whats the noise gate effect called again?

Thanks for the input, I just got off the a guy from carvin and I told him what I was looking for. He suggested the br510 with the br515 cab to help with the low end. Although wouldn't get it all at once having that ext cab seems like a great investment going forward.
