"Ground point soldered to back of the pots"

I was trying to keep it simple. Since the question was mainly about soldering to the case. The case is always ground.

"Ground point soldered to back of the pots"

The terminals can't be used for ground because they are parts of the circuit. The outside terminals are the ends of the resistive element. The center is the wiper. The part that changes value as the pot is rotated. The case is the ground.

    MLB 2026

At this point with 33 games left. The baseball gods have been difficult. Sometimes dissing the Cards works. Sometimes praising the Cards works. But all in all if someone told me in March that the Cards would be over .500 and could be a wildcard I would have suggested a nice padded room for...

He was the first guitar player I remember seeing and thinking "He's playing this intricate run and he's smiling and looking at the camera like he could do it in his sleep".

Tell me you're old without telling me you're old

An electrical contractor I worked for had a lot of vans. All 3 on the tree. I very seldom used the clutch. I had to explain to a lot of other guys that it was fine. "As long as there's no grinding I'm not hurting anything".

Tell me you're old without telling me you're old

We had a Fudrucker's in the late '70s into mid '80s. It was always packed. Then out of the blue it closed. In the '90s we had a Cheeseburger In Paradise. Ours was always very busy. But the chain didn't do well so the whole chain closed. The Fudrucker's space is now a BWW and CIP is a Twin Peaks.

Tell me you're old without telling me you're old

My first wife would come out when I was working on one of the hot rods or race cars. I would ask her to hand me a bituberator, headlight oil, (insert any word except straight or phillips) screwdriver. Or anything I could dream up in the moment. She stopped pretty quickly which was the whole idea.

Things You Don't See Anymore Part 3

I don't know about an iron. I'm thinking mixer. Vents on the front for motor cooling. Speed control on top. Eject lever on the side. Edit: Damn! I type too slow!

    Cool rock n roll photos

Being in OKC I feel pretty lucky. We had Cross Canadian Ragweed, The Flaming Lips, Toby Keith, Vince Gill playing local bars and outside park gigs before anyone outside of OK had heard of them. I even hauled Gill's band gear a few times because I had a crush on his girlfriend and had a pickup.

Tell me you're old without telling me you're old

I had a lot of cars with one or more of manual choke, high beam foot switch, directly plumbed oil pressure and water temp gauges and cable driven tachs and speedometers. Some got updated as they were rebuilt. Some not.

Tell me you're old without telling me you're old

That's the biggest thing to hold onto after such an event. Since my wife's ordeal we have appreciated things more. Especially each other. Let your condition have a positive side!
