The belt is not an option for me, unfortunately. i wear a costume (long story) when i play.

Does anyone have a solution to the resonance that vibrates through the body on sustained notes? i'm using backbeat on a headless yamaha bass, and it will feedback like crazy if i hold a note. i don't really want to turn the backbeat down, that sort of deeats the purpose :)

scale is about 35". rail spacing is 4" from inside to inside of the rails, 5 1/2" to theoutside of the rails, and they are 7" long. hope this helps!

hey all, i was just able to get a bx-1 from GC of all places! its in decent shape, not " never been played " shape, as the the out -of-state-salesman said on the phone. any advice on how to clean / lubricate the tuners to keep them working ? any chance the knobs are the same as on a steinberger...
