I have the 18" fretbar. I have only used it so far on a bare neck (no strings). It was on a new mighty mite neck which needed a lot of fretwork when I got it. Very happy with how it turned out.

Swimming Bird, my comments were about the Switchblade Pro, not Switchblade Plus. I think you are talking about the Pro as well, i just want to make sure. I don't know how the Plus works.

EHX Switchblade Pro will do two effects in series and let you swap the order. The switches are soft touch but not momentary on. I have one but so far I've been using it in parallel mode. The Signal Blender by Old Blood Noise Endeavors does momentary activation (really fun) but it's parallel only.
