Thanks for the responses guys! I think I'm going to go with the hipshot singles. I have a couple hipshot bridges already and love them, so I may as well stick with what I know, at least for my first build.

I think they actually make an angled bridge. I was just wondering if they're as difficult to work with as they seem. I've also heard that they are quite tall making it hard to achieve low action.

I should also mention that I am going for 16mm spacing.

I'm building my first bass and being a bit ambitious with a multi scale 6 string. Just wondering what other people have used for their multi scale builds. I was looking at Kahler, but it seems really over complicated to set up. I'm a big fan of simple and clean. So, what are your opinions on...
